Brady Stephenson is an enterprise transformation advisor and data executive with more than 20 years of experience helping large, regulated financial institutions strengthen governance, modernize data capabilities, and deliver complex cross‑functional programs.
Brady currently serves as Vice President of the Data Program Management Office at Northern Trust, where he leads enterprise‑wide initiatives that enhance regulatory compliance, improve operating model maturity, and enable scalable, sustainable data practices. His work supports one of the world’s most respected financial institutions—an organization recognized globally for its integrity, service, expertise, and innovation.
Prior to joining Northern Trust, Brady spent three decades at USAA, the nation’s leading financial services provider for members of the U.S. Armed Forces. During his tenure, he held leadership roles across technology, data, and program management, guiding teams responsible for enterprise document systems, digital communications, and large‑scale transformation initiatives. His experience spans software development leadership, product ownership, information governance, and risk‑aligned delivery.
Brady holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Information Technology from the University of Texas at San Antonio. His multidisciplinary background—spanning medicine, business, technology, and governance—shapes his holistic approach to enterprise transformation and data leadership.
He lives in the Texas Hill Country with his family.
